Online Seat Registration
Use the form below to register your child for an online seat. Part 1 is the parent and student information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Part 2 is payment for the course. After completing and submitting the form (Part 1), you will be taken to PayPal to make your payment (Part 2). If you have already paid for the online seat, you may close the payment window. Once your payment has been confirmed, we will send the student his or her login information.
NOTE: Each student must have his or her own email address to log in to the online course. The email is part of the student ID.
PARENTS: Please note that login information will be sent TO THE STUDENT'S EMAIL ADDRESS. It will not be sent to the parent's email address. Please check, or have the student check, his or her email address for the welcome email.
