Use the form below to register your student. Part 1 is the parent and student information. Part 2 is payment for the course. After completing and submitting the form (Part 1), you will be taken to PayPal to make your payment (Part 2). Once your payment has been confirmed, we will send the student his or her login information. Please note that a PayPal account is not required to make a payment; you can also use a credit or debit card. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
NOTE: Each student will require his or her own email address to be used to communicate with the instructor and log in to the online course.
PARENTS: Please note that login information will be sent TO THE STUDENT'S EMAIL ADDRESS. It will not be sent to the parent's email address. Please check, or have the student check, his or her email address for the welcome email.
