RFOLC Fall 2017 Registration
Use the form below to register your student. Part 1 is the parent and student information. Part 2 is payment for the course. After completing and submitting the form (Part 1), you will be taken to PayPal to make your payment (Part 2). Once your payment has been confirmed, we will send the student his or her login information. Please note that a PayPal account is not required to make a payment; you can also use a credit or debit card.
NOTE: Each student will require his or her own email address to be used to communicate with the instructor and log in to Blackboard.
